Palate
Medium bodied and supple. Dark plum and cocoa come first, dried herbs follow, tannins are soft and smooth, acidity keeps it fresh.
Finish
Smooth, medium length, with plum and a dusting of cocoa lingering.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve slightly below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees. A standard red wine glass works well. No decanting needed, but a quick pour and a few minutes of air opens the herbal notes. If it feels tight, a splash in the glass helps.
