Nose

Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve a touch below room temperature, around 62 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the dark fruit and spice have room to open. Give it 20 to 30 minutes of air, either in a decanter or just poured and left in the glass, and it softens nicely. No ice.
