Nose

Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the dark fruit has room to open. Give it 20 to 30 minutes of air, either in the glass or a quick decant, to soften the edges. No ice. A splash of water is fine if you want it looser.
