How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve this Pinot slightly cool, around 55 to 60 degrees, in a wide-bowled glass so the red fruit has room to open. No decant needed, a few minutes of air is plenty. Keep it out of a hot room. If it feels tight, give the glass a swirl rather than chilling it further.
