Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, slightly below room temperature. A standard red wine glass, no ice. A short decant of 15 to 20 minutes opens the fruit, though it drinks fine straight from the bottle. Keep the pour generous but not overflowing to let the violet note show.
