Palate

Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve slightly cool, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass to let the violet and fruit open up. A short decant of 20 minutes softens the tannins further. No ice. Keep the bottle cool on the table if the room runs warm.
