Nose
White flowers first, then a clear pear note, and a faint almond skin edge underneath. Clean and lifted, not a heavy nose.
Palate
Light to medium in the mouth, crisp from the start. Pear and a touch of green apple ride bright acidity, then that almond hint shows up mid palate. Dry, no oak, no sweetness.
Finish
Clean and fairly short, with a soft nutty echo that lingers a moment after the fruit fades.
How to serve and what to pour it with
