Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard white wine glass so the apple and pear stay lifted. No ice, no decanting needed. Pull it from the fridge ten minutes before pouring so the texture opens up. A splash of cold water is fine if you want it leaner.
