How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it lightly chilled, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a wide bowl so the oak and fruit have room. Pull it from the fridge fifteen minutes before pouring, since too cold mutes the creamy mid palate. No decanting needed. A splash of cold water opens the oak if it reads too rich.
