Nose
Cooked agave leads, sweet and slightly earthy, then soft vanilla and a lift of cinnamon and clove from the oak.
Palate
Round and smooth in the mouth, medium full. Caramel and vanilla ride over the agave sweetness, baking spice threads through, gentle oak tannin keeps it from turning cloying.
Finish
