Nose
Fresh agave leads, green and slightly sweet, with a squeeze of lime and a crack of black pepper that sharpens the edges.
Palate
Light bodied and clean, almost silky. Agave comes first, then a bright citrus lift, and a gentle peppery heat that builds without overwhelming.
Finish
Crisp and fairly short, leaving a clean agave and pepper tingle that invites another sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat at room temperature in a small tulip glass to catch the agave aromas, or chill it and sip straight. For a margarita, use it fresh and don't over-shake; you want the agave to stay forward. A splash of water opens the pepper, but it's not necessary.
