Nose
Cooked agave leads, soft and sweet, with vanilla bean and a faint charred oak edge. A little orange peel lifts it.
Palate
Round and gentle in the mouth, almost creamy. Caramel and baked agave up front, then citrus and a warm cinnamon spice that keeps it from feeling flat.
Finish
Clean and easy, medium length, fading with soft vanilla and a whisper of pepper.
