Nose
Toffee and vanilla bean first, then baked agave, toasted oak, a wisp of orange peel and cinnamon warmth riding underneath.
Palate
Full and rounded, almost creamy on entry. Caramel and vanilla lead into sweet cooked agave, toasted oak, and a gentle baking spice tingle mid-palate. Soft, low bite for the proof.
Finish
Long and velvety, fading slowly with caramel, oak, and a last flicker of warm spice.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Pour neat at room temperature in a tulip-shaped glass or a small snifter so the caramel and oak have somewhere to gather. A single large ice cube is fine if you want it cooler, but skip water, it thins the agave. Let it rest a minute after pouring. Sip slowly, this is a bottle to sit with, not shoot.
