Nose
Soft cooked agave, a wisp of vanilla, and a light caramel sweetness. Gentle overall, with a faint citrus lift in the background.
Palate
Round and easygoing, with a lightly oily texture. Sweet agave leads, then caramel and vanilla come through. Low warmth, no harsh edge, and just enough gentle spice to keep it interesting.
Finish
Mellow and short to medium, leaving a soft caramel and agave sweetness. Clean and without burn.
How to serve and what to pour it with
