Palate
Medium bodied and silky, honeyed malt and orchard fruit up front, a gentle peat smoke rising mid palate, white pepper and a touch of oak on the back end.
Finish
Long and warming, with smoke and baked apple lingering, drying gently to a clean malt close.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or copita to gather the smoke. A few drops of water open the malt and soften the pepper. No ice needed, but one large cube is fine if you want it cooler. Let it rest a minute after pouring.
