Nose
Soft vanilla and brown sugar up front, then baked banana and a dusting of clove and nutmeg. Light oak sits underneath, with a faint orange peel lift.
Palate
Round and easy in the mouth, medium bodied. Brown sugar and toffee lead, warm allspice and cinnamon in the middle, a gentle oak grip, and a clean, lightly sweet cane edge.
Finish
Mellow and gently sweet, fading with soft vanilla and a whisper of warm spice. Moderate length, no bite.
