Nose
Juniper leads with a piney snap, then lemon zest and a hint of coriander. Clean and bright, no alcohol burn.
Palate
Light bodied and silky. Juniper stays forward, citrus lifts the middle, then soft spice (coriander, angelica) warms the back. Smooth enough to sip neat.
Finish
Medium length, dry and clean. Juniper and a whisper of pepper linger.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass to capture the aromatics, or over one large cube if you want it colder. For a martini, stir with dry vermouth and a lemon twist. A splash of water opens the citrus, but go easy.
