Nose
Juniper comes up first, clean and piney, with lemon peel and a faint coriander seed warmth behind it.
Palate
Light bodied and crisp, almost silky across the tongue. Juniper leads, then bright citrus, a touch of angelica root, and a dry peppery snap on the mid palate.
Finish
Clean and brisk, with juniper and lemon rind lingering a few seconds before fading dry.
How to serve and what to pour it with
