Nose
Caramel and vanilla rise first, soft and rounded, with toasted oak and a faint dried cherry note underneath. Baking spice lingers in the background.
Palate
Medium bodied and gentle for bourbon, the pot still softness shows. Caramel and vanilla lead, then cinnamon and clove, toasted oak, and a whisper of raisin. Warm but not hot.
Finish
Warm and gently sweet, fading slowly with caramel and a last touch of oak spice.
How to serve and what to pour it with
