Nose

Palate
Medium bodied and gently sweet, caramel corn and dried fruit lead into a light char, soft spice, and a clean, approachable warmth.
Finish
Ends clean and fairly short, with a whisper of spice and smoke trailing off.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat in a rocks glass at room temperature, or add one large cube to soften the edges. A splash of water opens the caramel and banana notes. For a highball, use plenty of ice and a good ginger ale. Keep the bottle out of direct sun.
