Nose
Caramel and vanilla first, then toasted oak, a faint banana sweetness, and a light rye spice that lifts it all.
Palate
Round and gentle on the tongue, sweeter than the nose suggests. Caramel and vanilla lead, toasted oak follows, banana and a soft spice settle in mid palate. Low heat throughout.
Finish
Clean and gentle, on the shorter side, fading with vanilla and a last touch of oak and spice.
How to serve and what to pour it with
