The story behind Willm
Alsace sits in northeastern France against the Vosges mountains, and its whites are built on that dry, sheltered climate. Riesling here tends toward crisp acidity and clear stone fruit rather than sweetness, and Pinot Blanc comes across rounder and softer. Both are aromatic, food friendly, and usually bottled in the tall flute shape the region favors.
We keep Willm in the Whites Other section in small quantity, one to two bottles at a time, so what you see is what we have in Commack.
