Moscato is a sweet, aromatic wine built on the Muscat grape family, and it is usually light in alcohol and low in bitterness. The Italian style most of us pour is gently fizzy, fragrant with orange blossom and ripe stone fruit, and made to drink young and chilled rather than cellared.
