The story behind Talisker 25 Yr
Single malt Scotch is whisky made at one distillery from malted barley and aged in oak, and Talisker has long been known for a maritime, lightly smoky island style. At 25 years, the spirit takes on depth and softness that younger malts do not have, with smoke and sea air folded into dried fruit and oak.
We keep this bottle in Commack in very small quantity, one to two at a time, so call ahead if you want it set aside.
