The story behind Siete Leguas
Tequila is a protected Mexican spirit distilled from blue Weber agave, and the style you choose changes the glass. Blanco is unaged or barely rested, so the agave stays bright and green. Reposado rests in oak for a couple of months to a year, which rounds the edges and adds a soft vanilla and warm spice note.
We keep Siete Leguas in Commack in very small numbers, one or two bottles at a time, so what you see is what we have. Ask us at the counter and we will tell you honestly what is on the shelf today.
