Rocavaka Vodka
Madrid grape vodka, five times distilled, poured in Commack.
The story behind Rocavaka
Rocavaka starts in Madrid, where 100% Spanish Tempranillo grapes are mashed and run through custom copper stills five times in small batches. No grain, no potato, just grape. Long Island native Bobby Fallas and Darlene Fallas built the brand with a Spanish distiller and launched it in June 2021, with headquarters still here on the Island.
The spirit stays unaged and clear, so the fruit comes from the grape itself: lime, citrus, a soft vanilla edge. It is certified organic, vegan and naturally gluten free. Madrid gives it the base, Long Island gave it the name, and we have poured it for customers who want a vodka with a little more going on.

Rocalada is currently out of stock and the 700mL moves fast, so call ahead before a run to Commack. Buy Rocavaka online and we will have it ready at the counter, or send it out on a local delivery route. Prices are set by the bottle, not the market.
Chilled or on the rocks, the Tempranillo grape shows citrus and vanilla without burn.
Grab a sleeve, ice it down, and skip the mixing bowl entirely.
A citrus forward can that holds up with soda, tonic or a lemon twist.
Rocavaka cocktails and pairings
Serve Rocavaka cold and keep the food light. The grape base wants salt and acid, not cream sauces.
