Bourbon is an American whiskey made mostly from corn and aged in new charred oak barrels, which gives it the caramel, vanilla and toasted wood notes people expect. Redwood Empire Bourbon follows that same broad style, an easy-sipping whiskey that works neat or in a cocktail.
We stock it here in Commack in very small numbers, usually one or two bottles at a time, so what you see is what we have.
