Raeburn Pinot Noir
Raeburn Pinot Noir, a small stock we are glad to carry.
The story behind Raeburn
Pinot Noir is the red Burgundy grape, thin skinned and fussy in the vineyard, which is why good bottles earn their price. It drinks lighter than Cabernet, with red cherry, raspberry and often a soft earthy note, and it is the rare red that works with salmon as well as roast chicken. Cool climate regions, California included, give it freshness and lift.
We stock Raeburn Pinot Noir in Commack in very small quantity, one to two bottles at a time, so call ahead if you want it held.
