Quilt Cabernet
Two Quilt bottles, kept small and poured with care in Commack.
The story behind Quilt
Quilt is a California label, and the Cabernet Sauvignon is the bottle most people come looking for. Napa style Cabernet tends to run ripe and structured, with dark fruit, a little oak and enough tannin to stand up to a steak. The Chardonnay is the softer, rounder counterpoint, often barrel fermented with a creamy middle and a clean finish.
We stock both Quilt bottles here in Commack, one to two at a time. Small allocation, honest pricing, and a staff that will tell you which one fits your table.
