Old Tom gin sits between London Dry and genever, a little rounder and softer, often with a touch of sweetness that makes it easy to sip or mix. Purity Old Tom Gin comes in at a friendly strength and drinks well in a Martinez, a Tom Collins, or simply over ice with a citrus peel.
