This is a Spanish white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viura, a pairing that shows up often in northern Spain. Sauvignon Blanc brings bright citrus and green notes, while Viura adds a softer, gently waxy texture and a clean finish. The result is a light, dry white that drinks easy and stays refreshing.
