The story behind Poema
Spanish white covers a wide range, from crisp Galician Albarino to the soft, floral Muscat styles of Catalonia. Muscat is an aromatic grape, and in Spain it usually shows up as a young, easy white with lifted perfume, ripe stone fruit and a clean, gently off-dry finish. It is meant to be drunk fresh, not cellared.
