Obsidian Pinot Noir
Small batch Pinot Noir, hand picked in Commack, New York.
The story behind Obsidian
Pinot Noir is a thin skinned red grape that gives lighter color and softer tannin than Cabernet or Merlot, with red cherry, cranberry and earthy notes that show best with a light chill. Styles range from bright and delicate to richer and more structured depending on climate and oak.
We stock Obsidian Pinot Noir in very small quantity at our Commack shop, one to two bottles at a time, so call ahead to confirm availability before you drive over.
