The story behind Mionetto Avantgarde
Prosecco is the sparkling white wine of northeastern Italy, made mostly from the Glera grape in the hills around Treviso and Valdobbiadene. It is fermented in steel tanks to keep the fruit fresh, so it drinks light and dry with green apple, pear and a soft floral note instead of the toasty weight of Champagne.
