Largo Bay Rum
Barbados distilled, charcoal filtered, priced for the pitcher.
The story behind Largo Bay
Largo Bay rum starts on Barbados, at the West Indies Rum Distillery, a site working since 1893. The molasses comes from Barbados, Guyana, and Mexico, ferments through high efficiency continuous column stills, and gets charcoal filtered for a light, smooth body. United States Distilled Products Co. in Minnesota imports, blends, and bottles the finished rum.
We have poured this label for years because it does one job honestly: it mixes. No age statement, no barrel program, no pretense. The Silver took a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and Wine Enthusiast named the Spiced a Best Buy. That is the whole story, and at this price it is a good one.

Largo Bay cocktails and pairings
Largo Bay is a mixer, so pair it with food that fights sweetness: salt, char, and acid.
