Bourbon is an American whiskey made mostly from corn and aged in new charred oak barrels, and it tends to drink with caramel, vanilla and toasted wood up front. Horse Soldier Bourbon follows that straight bourbon profile, and we carry it in very small numbers at our Commack store, usually just a bottle or two at a time.
