The story behind Hardy
Cognac is a grape brandy from the Charente region of France, distilled from white wine and aged in French oak. The label letters tell you the youngest age in the blend: VS means at least two years in cask, while older designations climb from there. Expect dried fruit, vanilla, and a warm spice finish that softens with age.
We keep just a bottle or two of each Hardy expression in Commack, so what you see is what we have. Call ahead and we will hold one for you.
