Fiore Barolo
Barolo from Piedmont, stocked in Commack at our family shop.
The story behind Fiore
Barolo is a red wine from the Langhe hills of Piedmont in northwest Italy, made entirely from the Nebbiolo grape. It is known for a pale garnet color, firm tannins, high acidity, and aromas of rose, tar, red cherry, and dried herbs. Traditional Barolo rewards patience in the glass and in the cellar.
We stock Fiore Barolo 750mL here in Commack, a small allocation of one to two bottles, so what you see is what we have. Ask us at the counter and we will tell you honestly what is in the bottle and how it drinks.

Serve Barolo slightly below room temperature and give it time in the glass or a decanter to soften.
