Eternally Silenced Pinot Noir
A small-allocation Pinot Noir, kept in Commack for the few who ask.
The story behind Eternally Silenced
Pinot Noir is the thin-skinned red that made Burgundy famous and now grows well on cool coastal sites from Oregon to New Zealand. It tends toward bright red fruit, earth, and a lighter body, with tannins that stay gentle and acidity that keeps it food friendly.
Eternally Silenced is a small label we carry in very limited quantity at our Commack store, one to two bottles at a time. We cannot speak to its winemaking history, so we let the grape and the style speak for themselves.
