Establo Pinot Noir
Cool-climate Chilean Pinot Noir, poured by a Commack counter for decades.
The story behind Establo
Establo Pinot Noir comes out of the Leyda Valley, a cool coastal stretch of Chile's San Antonio Valley inside the Aconcagua region. The Pacific Ocean sits close enough to keep the vineyards cold, so the grapes hold their acid instead of swelling into jam. That is the whole trick with this bottle: tart cranberry, red cherry, strawberry, low tannin, high snap.
We have poured value Pinot from this tier across our Commack counter for years, and the Leyda style is the one that keeps people coming back. Establo keeps it honest at 13 to 14 percent alcohol, no heavy oak staves masking thin juice. Chill it and it tastes like the coast it came from.
Explore the Establo range
Establo works one grape across a small, value-priced lineup. The Pinot Noir leads, and the rest of the range covers the everyday table.

Which Establo is right for you?
Every Establo bottle on our shelf lands at $9.98 for a 750mL, the Pinot Noir included. That is a real number, not a teaser, and it puts cool-climate Chilean Pinot in reach of a Tuesday dinner. We have sold this tier long enough to know what $9.98 should and should not buy you, and this one overdelivers on acid and red fruit. Stock moves, so call the Commack counter at (631) 343-7200 to confirm the Pinot before you drive over.
Wants bright red fruit under $10 without the oak-chip heaviness of cheap Pinot.
Needs high acid to cut through fatty fish and mushroom dishes at the table.
Fills a cooler with a crowd-pleasing white at the same $9.98 price point.
