Enemigo Tequila
Two aged Enemigo tequilas, kept in small supply in Commack.
The story behind Enemigo
Anejo tequila is 100 percent blue weber agave spirit rested in oak for at least one year, and extra anejo for at least three. That barrel time softens the raw agave into caramel, vanilla and dried fruit while keeping the cooked agave at the center. Cristalino styles take an aged tequila and filter out the color for a cleaner, brighter pour.
We stock Enemigo in Commack in very small numbers, one or two bottles at a time. Call ahead to confirm what is on the shelf.
