The story behind Dinastia Real
Tequila is a spirit distilled from the blue Weber agave plant, and it can only legally be made in certain parts of Mexico, most famously Jalisco. The style runs from crisp, peppery blanco to rested reposado and anejo, and on to extra anejo, which spends the longest in oak and drinks the darkest and smoothest of the family.
We keep Dinastia Real on our shelves in Commack in very small numbers, one or two bottles at a time. It is a label we carry because the tequila itself holds up, not because of a big story on the back label.
