David Nicholson Bourbon
Two David Nicholson bourbons, kept in small supply in Commack.
The story behind David Nicholson
Bourbon is an American whiskey made mostly from corn and aged in new charred oak barrels, and it is a style built on warmth, sweetness and a clean, oaky finish. Kentucky sets the standard, but bourbon can be made elsewhere in the country so long as it meets the rules.
We stock David Nicholson in Commack in very small numbers, one or two bottles at a time. The 1843 is the everyday pour, and the Reserve is the richer, older-leaning bottle when we have it. Call ahead before you make the trip for the Reserve.
