Dantello Pinot Grigio
Light Italian white, poured easy from a big bottle.
The story behind Dantello
Pinot Grigio is the Italian take on a grape the French call Pinot Gris. Grown widely in the Veneto and Friuli, it makes a light, dry white with gentle orchard fruit and a clean, crisp finish. It is a wine built for drinking young and cold, not for cellaring.
We carry Dantello here in Commack, a small brand we keep just a bottle or two of at a time. The 1.5L format is the practical pour for a table full of people.
