The story behind Copa Di Vino
Copa Di Vino started in 2009, when founder James Martin saw single serve wine cups on a French bullet train and brought the idea home. The wine is processed in The Dalles, Oregon, in the Columbia River Gorge, and the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Columbia Valley in Washington. Two Shark Tank appearances followed, and Martin walked away from the offers to keep his patents. Splash Beverage Group bought the brand in January 2021.
The package is the point. Each 187mL cup is recyclable plastic made to feel like glass, with a vacuum seal lid and a splash cap that holds off oxidation. Peel it, drink it, no corkscrew and no glassware. We have poured single serve wine in Commack for years, and this one still does exactly what it promises.
