The story behind Chloe
Chloe Pinot Grigio comes out of the Valdadige D.O.C., a cool northern Italian zone that straddles Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto. The brand launched in 2014 under The Wine Group, with founding winemaker Georgetta Dane building the first portfolio and Andrea Brambila now leading the cellar. Every drop is 100 percent Pinot Grigio, fermented in stainless steel with no oak, which keeps the white peach and Meyer lemon edge intact.
We have poured this for Long Island customers for years, and the black and white bow wrapped bottle still gets picked up off the shelf on sight. The 2021 vintage took 97 points at the International Women's Wine Competition. Chill it to 45 to 50 degrees and it does exactly what a Valdadige white should.
