The story behind Casa Dragones
Blanco tequila is unaged or very lightly rested agave spirit, clear in the glass and bottled close to the still. Expect cooked agave, citrus and a clean peppery finish. Casa Dragones Blanco is a sipping style blanco, smooth enough to take neat and bright enough to hold its own in a short cocktail.
We keep this one in small quantity at our Commack store, usually a bottle or two at a time. The 375mL is the easy way to try it; the 750mL we restock when we can.
