The story behind Brady
Brady Vineyard was founded in 2001 by Don Brady and his wife Catherine. Don cut his teeth reviving Texas wine before heading west to Paso Robles, where he spent years as founding winemaker at Robert Hall. The estate sits on a 24 acre alluvial terrace above the Estrella River in the Estrella District of the Paso Robles AVA.
The soils are gravelly clay and stingy, so yields stay low, about 4 tons per acre, and the vines are planted tight at 908 per acre on grafted rootstock. That concentration shows in the glass. The Cabernet Sauvignon rests 18 months in French oak. Every label carries a bluebonnet, a nod to the lupines that bloom across the property each spring and to Don's Texas roots.

Which Brady is right for you?
The Brady Cabernet Sauvignon runs $19.99 for a 750mL, and the Merlot, Zinfandel and Cabernet Franc all sit at $15.98. The Sauvignon Blanc is $14.99 when it is here. That is Paso Robles estate fruit at a price most Napa bottlings cannot touch, and it is why we have kept the brand on the shelf through three decades of turnover in this business. Buy Brady online or walk in and we will hand you a bottle.
Enough oak and tannin to stand up to a grilled ribeye without a second thought.
Soft, crowd friendly red at $15.98 that disappears fast at dinner parties.
Ripe and peppery, made for smoke, barbecue sauce and a hot afternoon.
