The story

The story behind Boyal

Boyal Rosado comes out of Castilla-La Mancha, the high central plateau of Spain where Tempranillo, Bobal and Garnacha do the heavy lifting and the sun does the rest. Bodegas Albero makes this one as a certified organic still rosado, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young so the fruit stays loud and the oak stays out of the room.

We have poured Spanish rosado in Commack for over thirty years, and this is the bottle we hand people who want a dry pink wine and do not want a lecture. No barrel, no sugar, no theater. Chill it hard and drink it this summer.

Good to know

Boyal questions, answered

Is Boyal Rose a tequila or a wine?
Boyal Rosado is a certified organic still rose wine from Spain, not a spirit. It gets confused with Tequila Rose, a pink strawberry cream liqueur, but this is dry grape wine from Castilla-La Mancha.
Where is Boyal wine made?
Boyal Rosado is produced by Bodegas Albero in Castilla-La Mancha, the high central plateau of Spain. The region is known for Tempranillo, Bobal and Garnacha, the red grapes behind most Spanish rosado.
What is the ABV of Boyal Rosado?
Boyal Rosado is bottled at 13% alcohol by volume, standard for rosado from Castilla-La Mancha. Serve it well chilled between 40 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit for the freshest fruit.
Is Boyal Organic Rose sweet or dry?
Boyal Rosado is dry, not sweet. It is fermented in stainless steel and bottled young, so you get bright red fruit and a crisp finish rather than sugar or oak.
How do I get Boyal Rosado delivered or picked up?
We offer free curbside pickup at our Commack store and local delivery across Nassau and Suffolk, same-day or next-day, free over $250. Call (631) 343-7200 to confirm stock.
