Boulaine Cordials
Philadelphia cordials since 1981, built for the well and your home bar.
The story behind Boulaine
Boulaine is made in Philadelphia by Charles Jacquin et Cie, the company French emigrant Charles Jacquin founded in 1884 and the oldest cordial house in America. The Boulaine line arrived in 1981, built for high volume wells and home bars that need a full shelf of mixers without a full shelf of prices.
These are classic French recipes recast for the American bar: dried orange peel for the orange expressions, imported anise seed for the anisette, a clean neutral grain spirit base, cold extraction and blending, no barrel time. Nothing here pretends to be a sipping liqueur. It is a working bottle, and it knows it.

Which Boulaine is right for you?
Pricing is the whole argument here. Boulaine Triple Sec 1L runs $8.99, and the rest of the line, Anisette, Apricot Brandy, Blackberry Brandy, Blue Curacao, Butterscotch, Coffee Liqueur, both Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe, Hazelnut, Melon, Peppermint, Pomegranate, Sour Apple and Vanilla, sits at $5.99 a liter. That is well below what a single 750ml of most competing cordials costs. Stock varies bottle to bottle, so call the Commack store at (631) 343-7200 and we will confirm what is on the shelf before you drive over.
One liter at $8.99 covers Margaritas, Sidecars and Cosmos all season without a second thought.
Low proof, coffee forward, pours into White Russians and after dinner coffees without overwhelming the cup.
A liter of green apple at $5.99 stretches a punch bowl and keeps the color loud.
